What is the transaction and service fee, and is it refundable?

The Transaction and Service Fee covers the operation of the platform and the secure payment infrastructure; it is charged separately from the ticket price. The rate is VAT-inclusive: the VAT is already inside the amount you see and is never added on top of it. It applies to paid tickets on the events where Ban Bilet charges it — some events may be exempt. Where it applies, the amount is shown as its own line in the cart and on the payment page before you pay, in the order summary and on your order receipt. If a ticket is refunded or an event is cancelled, the ticket price is refunded; the Transaction and Service Fee is not refunded unless Ban Bilet decides otherwise.
